These Terms of Subscription supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of GlobalRecharge. By subscribing to a plan, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
GlobalRecharge offers three monthly subscription plans providing access, depending on the selected plan, to international mobile data, call minutes, SMS, mobile expense credits, discounts on top-ups and other telecommunications-related benefits.

* Subject to eligibility, compatibility, geographic availability and the conditions applicable to the relevant service.
The features and benefits applicable to a subscription are those presented to the user at the time of subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly according to the selected plan:
Starter: €9.90/month — Premium: €29.90/month — Gold: €49.50/month.
The first payment is charged when the subscription is activated. The subscription then automatically renews each month, and the associated payment method is charged the applicable subscription fee until cancellation.
By subscribing, the user expressly authorises these recurring payments.
There is no minimum commitment period unless expressly disclosed before subscription.
Data, call minutes, SMS and other services are subject to network availability, geographic coverage, device compatibility and any applicable technical conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, unused monthly allowances do not roll over to the following month.
Subscriptions are intended for legitimate personal use. GlobalRecharge may implement reasonable measures to prevent fraud, unauthorised resale or misuse of subscription benefits.
Depending on the selected plan, subscribers may receive a mobile expense benefit of up to €15, €60 or €100 per month.
The term "up to" refers to the maximum amount potentially available. The amount actually available may vary depending on the service, offer, country, operator or applicable eligibility conditions.
These credits constitute benefits associated with an active subscription. Unless otherwise stated, they are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or considered electronic money, a bank deposit or a cash-equivalent balance.
Credits may be restricted to eligible services and may not carry over from one monthly subscription period to the next.

The actual discount may vary depending on the country, operator, product, recharge amount and applicable commercial conditions.
The final price and applicable discount will be displayed before the relevant transaction is confirmed.
Certain plans provide access to eSIM services and other benefits relating to SIM cards, roaming, repairs or insurance.
Availability may depend on the country, operator, device compatibility and the conditions applicable to the relevant service.
References to repair or insurance services do not necessarily mean that the full cost of every repair, replacement, insurance premium or related expense is included in the subscription price. Any material additional conditions or charges will be disclosed before the relevant service is purchased or activated.
GlobalRecharge operates as an independent intermediary in connection with the procurement and delivery of mobile credit top-up solutions and telecommunications-related services.
Certain services or benefits may be provided through independent third-party service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SIXLABS Studio Limited is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting as an authorised representative of any mobile network operator referenced on the Platform.
Any trademarks, logos and trade names displayed remain the property of their respective owners.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, directly through their user account where this functionality is available, or by contacting:
Cancellation stops future renewals. No new monthly subscription fee will be charged after the cancellation takes effect.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees relating to a billing period that has already commenced are not automatically refundable. The user will normally retain access to eligible subscription benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
Subscription fees validly charged for a billing period that has already commenced are generally non-refundable, except in circumstances including an incorrect charge, confirmed duplicate or unauthorised payment, failure by GlobalRecharge to provide a paid service, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
GlobalRecharge may update its subscription plans, including their benefits, features or prices.
Any material change affecting the price or essential characteristics of an existing subscription will be communicated to the subscriber in accordance with applicable law and, where required, before the change takes effect.
The subscriber may cancel the subscription before a notified change becomes effective.
GlobalRecharge may reasonably suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of fraud, payment failure, misuse, unlawful activity or material breach of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
This may include unauthorised resale of subscription benefits, manipulation of credits or discounts, fraudulent use of multiple accounts or use of an unauthorised payment method.
These Terms of Subscription supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies published on GlobalRecharge.
They apply specifically to the billing, renewal, benefits and cancellation of GlobalRecharge subscriptions.
These Terms of Subscription and the contractual relationship with SIXLABS Studio Limited are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the user that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This platform operates solely as an independent intermediary, acting on behalf of its users in connection with the procurement and delivery of mobile credit top-up solutions and telecommunications services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the publisher holds no legal affiliation, commercial approval, or sponsorship arrangement with any of the mobile network operators referenced herein. All trademarks, logos, and trade names reproduced remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of objectively identifying the relevant services.
